The main purpuse of this trip is to present you different suppliers. According to your needs there will be 5-10 different suppliers who will introduce their products. They will bring their catalogue and samples. Normally this meeting takes around 2-3 hours where you can get all the important information form the suppliers.

 

If you have identified one or more intersting suppliers, you are free to visit their offices or factories where you can get a further impressions. If you have not found an intersting supplier, you can join another participant, network with others or use the free time as you like.

Sometimes we have trips with several cities. Then the third day is third day is departure of the first event city and at the same time arrival day in the second city. The forth day is the second event day and the fifth day is departure.
